The HR central office is part of the Regional Office and is included in the central management of Region Skåne. We have an overarching responsibility for the management, development, coordination, and follow-up of Region Skåne's HR work. This includes HR governance and analysis, employer issues, leadership and employee relations, competence supply, education and learning, as well as work environment and health. Furthermore, we are also responsible for driving the region-wide working methods within HR, including the IT support related to the HR area. From a regional perspective, the HR central office leads and supports the HR departments of the administrations and the Shared HR service function within the various work areas. The HR central office consists of seven units and we are approximately 60 employees in total, of which eight work in the Unit for Work Environment and Employer Issues.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
We are now looking for an experienced HR strategist in work environment and rehabilitation for an exciting and challenging position in the Unit for Work Environment and Employer Issues.
As an HR strategist, you will drive Region Skåne's work to lead and develop the work environment area. Work with other HR issues may also be relevant in the long term. You will work both independently and together with colleagues within the unit and with functional representatives in the administrations. Furthermore, you will represent Region Skåne both internally and externally and lead development work within the area. Your assignment also includes increasing the organization's ability to manage and develop work environment issues by being responsible for and participating in information and training initiatives. The position also includes leading and supporting HR specialists within the administrations' work and maintaining a good dialogue and collaboration with the union representatives' safety representatives.
QUALIFICATIONS
We are looking for someone with a relevant university degree or equivalent education combined with work experience deemed equivalent. You have several years of experience in handling issues within the HR and work environment area at a strategic level in a larger organization. Additionally, it is a prerequisite that you have experience in leading, informing, and training groups. It is advantageous if you have experience working with HR issues within municipalities or regions. You have a very good ability to express yourself well in Swedish, both orally and in writing.
To be successful in this role, you are a communicative and engaged person with a natural ability to create and maintain good relationships with both partners, management, and colleagues. Furthermore, you are confident and independent in your work, can take an active role, and drive processes forward. Of course, you share Region Skåne's values; welcoming, driving, caring, and respect.
