About the assignment

We are now looking for a senior HR generalist for a long-term consulting assignment focused on strengthening and further developing the HR function. The assignment involves ensuring that HR policies, guidelines, and governing documents are current, purposeful, and legally sound, as well as creating a clear and sustainable structure for HR documentation and onboarding.

You will work independently but in close collaboration with management and have a central role as advisory HR support in both operational and more strategic matters.

Your assignment in brief 🧩

You will be working with:

HR policies & guidelines

• Developing, revising, and quality assuring HR policies and governing documents

• Ensuring compliance with labor law, collective agreements, and internal governing principles

• Delivering clear and decision-ready materials

HR handbook & documentation

• Building and structuring a comprehensive HR handbook (digital and physical)

• Creating a long-term model for managing and updating HR documentation

Introduction & onboarding

• Developing and updating introduction and onboarding materials

• Ensuring that the materials support work environment, values, and internal working methods

Labor law, collective agreements & negotiations

• Providing qualified advisory support in labor law and collective agreements

• Supporting during union negotiations

• Preparing materials and contributing with professional assessments

Systematic work environment management (SAM)

• Supporting and developing the systematic work environment management

• Advising on routines, safety rounds, documentation, and follow-up

Who are you? 🌟

We are looking for someone who is confident in their HR role and used to working independently in complex organizations.

We see that you have:

• At least 6 years of experience as an HR generalist, HR partner, HR consultant, or equivalent

• Solid knowledge of Swedish labor law

• Good experience with collective agreements (HÖK – General regulations)

• Experience supporting union negotiations

• Documented experience in systematic work environment management (SAM)

• Very good ability to express yourself in Swedish, both spoken and written

It is meritorious if you also have:

• Experience from municipal or publicly governed operations

• Familiarity with working in politically governed organizations

• Experience building HR handbooks and onboarding materials from scratch

• Ability to link HR work to business goals, values, and leadership

Practical information📍

• Location: Malmö / Skåne

• Extent: Part-time approx. 10-20% of full-time (4-8 hours/week)

• Assignment period: January 25, 2026 - December 31, 2026

• Option: Possibility for extension and/or increase
