About the role
This is a position for you who enjoy having many contact surfaces, building good relationships, and finding solutions together with others. You will work closely with a colleague with a similar area of responsibility and become part of an engaged team.
As an Area Coordinator, you have a central role in our operations in Tollarp, Everöd, and Östra Sönnarslöv. You are responsible for staffing and coordination and create good conditions for the daily work in the operations. The role involves close collaboration with managers and support functions, while you have regular contact with both staff and the young people living in our units.
Your tasks include, among other things:
- Planning and creating schedules
- Ensuring daily staffing and handling absence
- Updating substitute lists and routines related to staffing
- Introducing new employees and contributing to a secure and professional start
- Being a support to managers and employees in matters concerning staffing and working hours
- Participate in the development work within the area
We are looking for someone who has:
- Relevant education in staffing, personnel administration, or another area that the employer deems equivalent
- Knowledge of the Working Hours Act and experience with scheduling systems
- At least one year of experience in similar tasks
- Very good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written
- Category B driver's license
We consider it meritorious if you have:
- Experience with Flex HRM
- Knowledge of systematic fire safety work (SBA)
- Work experience from healthcare, social care, or LSS (Act for Support and Service for Persons with Certain Functional Impairments)

Information about the position:
Scope: 100 %
Location: Kristianstad/Tollarp
Working hours: Daytime with on-call duties for staffing during evenings and weekends every other week
Start: Immediately or as agreed
Employment type: Permanent employment with a 6-month probationary period
