We are looking for

An experienced Project Manager for the Unit for Research Funding, Fundraising, Collaboration, and Innovation.

Content and Responsibilities

Your main responsibilities will consist of coordinating and reporting on an externally EU-funded research project within the framework of the collaboration platform "Mötesplats Social Innovation" (Meeting Place for Social Innovation). Project management of other assignments within the unit will also be included. You will report to our Unit Manager and collaborate closely with the unit's other employees as well as a range of external actors from different sectors involved in the project.

Qualifications

Specific requirements for this position:

We are looking for you who have a university-level degree relevant to the work and documented experience in:

• Project management and coordination of EU-related projects and processes
• Documentation and preparation of reporting materials, as well as financial follow-up of projects, including handling qualitative and quantitative data
• Work in international environments, with a focus on the EU

You are an experienced and well-structured process/project manager with strong self-leadership skills and the drive to take initiatives and move processes forward. As a person, you are relationship-building and communicative, with a great ability to build trusting collaborations and relationships with a wide range of stakeholders. You thrive in a varied and changing role with many contact points, where exploratory working methods contribute to continuous learning and development.

In addition to your formal qualifications, you possess the personal qualities required to perform the duties well and to represent Malmö University in the best possible way. You are passionate about sustainability and engaging others in sustainable societal development. The position places high demands on your initiative-taking ability, and you should enjoy situations where you are expected to make independent decisions quickly.
