HR Partner for Care and Elderly Care – Båstad Municipality

Do you want to help develop the future of healthcare and social care? We are now looking for an HR Partner who wants to work close to operations and be a strategic partner to the management within healthcare and social care during their exciting change journey.

As an HR Partner, you will become part of the HR department and collaborate with other HR Partners in close cooperation with the administrative management, operational managers, and trade union organizations within healthcare and social care. The HR department you will join consists of engaged and positive colleagues who help each other succeed in their work. Responsibilities

In the role of HR Partner, you work both strategically and operationally with HR issues within the healthcare and elderly care operations. You are a close support to the management and contribute with knowledge, analysis, and guidance in both development issues and daily HR work.

Your main responsibilities include:

  • Strategic work regarding competence supply, recruitment, and competence development.
  • Supporting and developing the organization's work with working environment, health, and sustainable working life.
  • Being a qualified support to managers in labor law issues.
  • Cooperation with trade union organizations as well as handling collective bargaining agreements (MBL) and other cooperation issues.
  • Contributing to change and development work related to the organization's goals and challenges.
  • Analysis and follow-up of HR-related key figures as well as preparing materials for decision-making.
  • Contributing to ensuring that laws, agreements, guidelines, and policies are followed within the organization.

Qualifications

We are looking for you who have an academic degree in the field of personnel and working life, or other education that the employer considers equivalent.

You have several years of experience in qualified HR work and are accustomed to working close to managers and management teams. You have good knowledge of labor law and experience in handling collective bargaining agreements (MBL) as well as cooperation with trade union organizations.

It is an advantage if you have experience of HR work within municipal operations.

  • Have a good ability to create trusting relationships and collaborate with different target groups.
  • Are communicative, pedagogical, and have an easy time conveying complex issues clearly.
  • Have good analytical skills and a solution-oriented approach to work.
  • Have the courage to challenge established ways of working, as our challenges will require innovation and new thinking.
  • Have a B driving license as business travel occurs.

Conditions and Application

Employment type: Permanent position.
Duration: Permanent.

We offer a wellness allowance and the possibility of both salary and vacation pay exchange according to current agreements. Smoke-free working hours apply. As part of the Family Helsingborg, we cooperate with other municipalities in the region for competence development and experience sharing.
