Do you want to work with HR administration in a socially important organization? The Southern Military Region (MR S) is now looking for an HR Administrator for the staff's personnel department. The department's purpose is to provide a proactive HR and personnel service within MR S in a professional and responsible manner. In the group, which is in an exciting and developmental phase, you will contribute actively to the daily work with administrative support and the development of smart working methods. You do this together with competent colleagues who support each other in everyday life.

Main Responsibilities

Both military and civilian personnel work in the personnel department, supporting and developing operations related to HR and personnel services. As an HR Administrator, you have a central and coordinating role within the department. You provide administrative support with planning, follow-up, and coordination of meetings, tasks, and activities. You ensure that nothing falls through the cracks and contribute to creating structure and efficiency in the work.

Responsibilities include:

• Planning and coordination of meetings, as well as follow-up of decisions and actions,
• Operational support to HR Generalists in daily work,
• HR-related documentation and administration in relevant systems, and
• Development and implementation of new working routines and processes.

REQUIREMENTS

Qualifications

• A few years of experience in similar work
• Good knowledge of the Office suite
• Good ability to express yourself verbally and in writing in Swedish and English
• Category B driver's license (manual transmission)

MERITORIOUS QUALIFICATIONS

• A few years of experience in administrative work, preferably HR-related
• Post-secondary education in HR, administration, or equivalent
• Experience working in digital systems, preferably PRIO/SAP

The Southern Military Region (MR S) is a wartime unit and an organizational unit where the Commander and Staff are located in Revingehed. The organization consists of the Commander with staff, five military region groups for training and support of the Home Guard, and approx. 7,000 Home Guard soldiers organized in eleven battalions and a number of independent units. Commander MR S with regional staff leads subordinate units, collaborates with regional and local actors, leads security and intelligence services, and supports operational and tactical commanders who solve tasks within the region.
