Are you currently a Consulting Manager and starting to think about new challenges? Do you want a key role where you get to share in what you build by becoming a partner? In this role, you will primarily process new clients. You will be expected to reach out to them and present Workfind's offerings within recruitment and staffing. Furthermore, you will be responsible for the business you bring in, from A to Z, including employment contracts and the ongoing management of the consultants you hire.

You will have the opportunity to take on significant responsibility and enjoy flexibility, allowing you to manage your own schedule.

The position is full-time based in Helsingborg.

Who are you?

As a person, you are a team player who loves taking responsibility and possesses phenomenal initiative. We believe you thrive in an environment with a high pace where there are demands for results, goals, and flexibility. Your communication style is clear and direct. You speak and write Swedish fluently.

We would appreciate it if you have experience from the role of Consulting Manager at one of our industry peers. Experience from the Västra Götaland or Skåne region is a significant advantage.
