HR Business Partner
Are you a person who makes things happen? Someone who builds trust, creates strong relationships, and drives development with both courage and energy? We are now looking for an HR Business Partner who, together with our HR team, will be responsible for developing business-oriented and value-creating support for managers. You will also be responsible for driving our leadership development – an important initiative for our continued development journey.
About the role
As an HR Business Partner, you are an operational and strategic partner who, through data-driven insights and business-oriented advice, supports managers and teams in making well-founded decisions and developing the organization, teams, and individuals.
This is done by:
- Providing qualified managerial support throughout the employee journey
- Driving and implementing HR initiatives and processes
- Supporting managers within occupational health and safety, SAM (Safety, Accessibility, and Ergonomics), and labor law issues
- Working with change management and organizational development
- Ensuring compliance with guidelines and policies
In this role, you will be responsible for driving our leadership package "The Little Power Package" – a new initiative aimed at developing the organization's leadership.
The position is a permanent appointment and is part of a team consisting of three HR Business Partners, two payroll specialists, and an Occupational Health Strategist. You report to the HR Manager.
Who are you?
You are trustworthy, reliable, and communicative. You have a strong ability to build relationships and map connections through conversations and data-driven insights. Since you will be responsible for our internal leadership program, we believe you have the professional and pedagogical ability to convey messages that develop groups and individuals.
You also have:
- A relevant academic degree in HR
- Many years of experience in broad HR work as an HR Business Partner
- Experience driving strategic leadership training
- Experience working in the public sector is an advantage
