• 📚 Has post-secondary education in economics, HR, or payroll
• 💼 Has several years of experience managing the entire payroll process
• 💰 Is confident in matters regarding tax, pension, benefits, and collective agreements
• 🖥️ Has good IT skills and experience working in various business and financial systems
• 🙋‍♀️ Enjoys supporting managers and employees with payroll matters
• 🤝 Is accustomed to collaborating with authorities and other stakeholders
• 🗣️ Speaks fluent Swedish and preferably has good knowledge of English
