Make a difference. Every day.
We are looking for a new colleague at Ängelholm Hospital - a self-driven and solution-focused person who wants to help drive development forward. In this role, you will combine managerial support, staffing, and HR administration, becoming an important support in a constantly evolving organization.
The position is located within the Medical Operations Area (VO) at one of the inpatient care departments. Here, you will have a central role with significant responsibility while collaborating closely with your manager and colleagues in a supportive and flexible organization.
At Ängelholm Hospital, we work together to make good care better every day. The hospital has nearly 600 employees divided into two operational areas, medicine and rehabilitation. VO medicine consists of three inpatient departments and a large outpatient care including a dialysis clinic. VO rehabilitation provides specialized rehabilitation in both inpatient and outpatient care, including outpatient teams for pain treatment and cancer rehabilitation. The operational area also includes a clinic for assessment and treatment of osteoporosis.
We lead development through innovative methods, new technology, and engaged employees. With us, you are part of the future health system where we test new ideas, take responsibility, and work together with heart, courage, and curiosity.
We actively work with our core values: welcoming, driving, caring, and respect. We believe that a good work environment and high patient safety go hand in hand. Therefore, we do our best to ensure that you as an employee have the right conditions to succeed and thrive in your role.
