About the role

As an Enterprise Architect at Sopra Steria, you will have the opportunity to work on exciting and varied projects that drive technical innovation and create real value. Here, you will collaborate closely with both colleagues and clients in architecture and development to stay at the forefront of digital transformation.

In your role, you will plan, design, and manage clients' IT infrastructure and business processes with a focus on clearly supporting the organization's overall goals and strategy. You will create a comprehensive view of the organization's IT support and ensure that all parts work together seamlessly. This means you will develop future-proof IT architectures, from strategy and target architecture to solution design, that make clients' operations more efficient, sustainable, and successful.

Who are you?
You are an experienced IT architect who is passionate about connecting technology and business strategy. You have the ability to see the big picture and translate complex needs into smart, scalable solutions that really work in practice.
You have relevant education in IT and several years of experience in developing and implementing architectures that solve real business challenges.

• You are used to listening to and analyzing requirements from various stakeholders and translating them into clear, effective business models and IT solutions.
• You have a broad technical understanding and good insight into software development, databases, networks, cloud services, data analysis, and process mapping.
• You are a team player who collaborates smoothly with system and domain architects to create a cohesive IT environment that supports the entire organization.
• You have good communication skills and explain technical concepts in an accessible way, whether you are talking to IT experts or business managers.
• You are fluent in both Swedish and English, in both speech and writing.
• Relevant certifications are a plus.
