HR Specialist

As an HR Specialist

you will become a key person in our future staffing. You will work closely with our managers and other employees with many points of contact as the role supports several of our Lindab companies.

Main Responsibilities & Duties

• Drive and develop the entire recruitment process for both white-collar and blue-collar employees.
• Be responsible for contacts with the education system, e.g., internships, practical training, and thesis students.
• Coordinate competency development.
• Administration in our recently implemented IT systems within HR.

Your Background

• Higher education degree in a relevant field.
• Several years of practical experience in HR.
• Experience in selection processes within recruitment & staffing.
• Experience from manufacturing companies is an advantage.
