Are you passionate about finding innovative solutions that can advance an organization? Are you also skilled in administration and communication, and do you thrive on creating creative ways to work with follow-up? If the answer is yes to these questions, you could become our new temporary development secretary in the Health and Development Department, with a specific focus on the Health and Medical Care Unit!
As a development secretary, you report directly to a department head. In this role, you serve as a strategic and administrative support to the department head. You have a navigational role where you coordinate and secure processes at multiple levels towards managers and other departments, including driving parts of the department's development work in close collaboration with the department head. The administrative work includes meeting planning and secretarial duties for the department's management team and other departmental and cross-administrative meeting constellations. In addition, the position involves various targeted efforts such as investigative work and responding to referrals.
Another important part of your work is the goal work for the department. Your role is to coordinate the department's goal work throughout the process – from planning to follow-up and evaluation. The work is carried out in close collaboration with the department head.
Qualifications
We are looking for someone with a university or college degree equivalent to at least 180 higher education credits in social sciences, health care, or another degree that the employer deems equivalent.
To be considered for the position, you need to have good skills in writing reports, producing well-founded decision-making materials, and creating clear and visually appealing presentations. We are looking for someone with experience in leading and coordinating various types of development work and cross-functional processes. You have worked strategically with systematic quality work and have good knowledge of methods for follow-up, analysis, and improvement. Experience and competence in health care according to the Health and Medical Care Act, within municipal or regional primary care, are of great importance for the assignment.
In this role, you will be responsible for driving and further developing the department's goal work and ensuring that the administration's goals and prioritized areas are translated into concrete actions and results. As a development secretary, you thrive in a strategic role where you can contribute to long-term organizational development and create structure for sustainable and effective processes. Your work will be a key function in supporting the department's management and units in matters related to quality, follow-up, and development. You work with an agile approach and have the ability to quickly shift focus between different prioritized work areas without losing sight of the whole.
As a person, you have a strong interest in development work and administration. You are analytical, self-driven, and like to take your own initiatives. At the same time, you are relationship-building and thrive in a role that involves close collaboration with others, both internally and externally. You have good communication skills, enjoy speaking in front of groups, and create easily accessible and engaging presentations. You are comfortable working in various digital operational systems and have excellent knowledge of the Office suite.
The position also requires that you are a good organizer, can plan your work, and set and meet deadlines. You also have an easy time absorbing new information, gathering information for a solid decision-making basis, and the ability to share knowledge and experiences that the organization can benefit from.
