We are now looking for a structured and committed experienced Quality Coordinator who wants to help develop and maintain our quality and environmental work. The role is part of a support function and collaborates closely with both internal and external parties. The position is located in Ängelholm.

Responsibilities

As a Quality Coordinator, you will be responsible for:

• Managing supplier complaints
• Responding to customer inquiries and registering them
• Supporting the handling of any customer complaints
• Assisting process owners in updating relevant parts of the management system
• Planning and conducting internal audits of the company's management system
• Participating in and assisting with external audits

Qualifications

We are looking for someone who has:

• Basic knowledge of quality and environmental standards focusing on ISO 13485, including ISO 9001 and ISO 14001, and has worked with these for at least 5 years.
• Basic knowledge of Good Documentation Practice (GDP)
• Preferably has experience working in an organization with Medical Device requirements.
• A university degree or equivalent qualifications approved by the employer for the role
• Good knowledge of conducting second-party audits (internal auditor)
• Experience working with document and case management systems
• Experience with root cause analysis
• Good computer skills and advanced knowledge of the Office suite.
• Proficient in Swedish and English, both spoken and written
