Linxens Sweden AB is a young and modern company that develops and manufactures customized solutions within printing and stamping, with products such as biosensors and stick-to-skin wearables. We are now looking for a structured and committed experienced Quality Coordinator who wants to help develop and maintain our quality and environmental work. The role is part of a support function and collaborates closely with both internal and external parties. The position is located in Ängelholm.
Responsibilities
As a Quality Coordinator, you will be responsible for:
- Managing supplier complaints
- Responding to customer inquiries and registering them
- Supporting the handling of any customer complaints
- Assisting process owners in updating relevant parts of the management system
- Planning and conducting internal audits of the company's management system
- Participating in and assisting with external audits
Qualifications
We are looking for someone who has:
- Basic knowledge of quality and environmental standards focusing on ISO 13485, including ISO 9001 and ISO 14001, and has worked with these for at least 5 years.
- Basic knowledge of Good Documentation Practice (GDP)
- Preferably has experience working in an organization with Medical Device requirements.
- A university degree or equivalent qualifications approved by the employer for the role
- Good knowledge of conducting second-party audits (internal auditor)
- Experience working with document and case management systems
- Experience with root cause analysis
- Good computer skills and advanced knowledge of the Office suite.
- Proficient in Swedish and English, both spoken and written
