In the role of customer service representative, you have one of Fillerdepot's most important roles.

When you step into Fillerdepot's office in central Malmö, you are greeted by friendly colleagues and a family-like atmosphere characterized by joy, engagement, and helpfulness. You will start your first days with a thorough introduction where you will shadow an experienced colleague who will introduce you to the systems and your daily routines.

A typical workday involves a lot of customer contact, handling orders, and answering questions from customers via email, chat, and SMS. You will also contact our existing customers to ensure their needs and offer new products, as well as send out newsletters.

The position is full-time and permanent.

Responsibilities

• Actively respond to customer inquiries about orders
• Receive and respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, chat, and SMS
• Handle orders and administrative work related to orders
• Contact existing customers to ensure their needs and offer new products
• Create and send newsletters to existing customers
• Stay constantly updated on the product range

We are looking for someone who

• Speaks and writes fluently in Swedish
• Has previously worked in a service or customer service role
• Has good system skills
• Has a high school diploma

• Speaks and writes in Danish
• Speaks and writes in English

• Extent: Full-time 80%
• Working hours: Mon-Fri 9:00 AM - 4:00 PM
• Location: The company's office at the Central Station in central Malmö
