Advisera is growing in the property insurance sector and is looking for an insurance broker who handles both simple and complex risks. You will grow the portfolio, reduce clients' total cost of risk, and negotiate sharp terms.
About the role
- Develop the portfolio: Drive new and additional sales B2B within property insurance - from prospect to signing.
- Optimize risk programs: Design, procurement, and placement of risks (SME–midmarket).
- Negotiate terms: Ensure the right balance between price, terms, and security requirements through companies/underwriters.
- Create clarity: Conduct risk analysis, identify coverage gaps, and develop action plans.
- Build relationships: Long-term customer partnerships with high availability and proactive advice.
- Comply with regulations: Work according to IDD, internal compliance, and thorough documentation.
Who you are
Must-have requirements
- 3–5 years of B2B sales with documented goal achievement.
- Experience in the insurance industry, preferably as a broker or advisor at an insurance company.
- Ability to drive the entire business: prospecting → needs → quote → procurement → signing.
- Good economic/legal understanding and documentation habits (IDD).
- Driving license B.
Preferred qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in economics, law, or equivalent.
- Experience with complex property risks (e.g., liability, property, interruption, transport).
- Network with larger insurance companies/underwriters.
- CRM experience (Salesforce/HubSpot) and strong presentation skills.
Team & working method: You report to the Team Lead/Head of Insurance and are part of a collegial team of 9 people (7 brokers, 2 administrators). We share a quote bank, assist each other in placements, and conduct weekly deal reviews. Location: Malmö – on-site office work (no remote/hybrid). Travel is required for client meetings and company visits.

Selection & process
- Screening (20 min) with a recruiter
- Competency interview (60 min) + short case (risk analysis/placement setup)
- Business/valuation interview (45 min) with the manager
- References and decision
Start: As agreed. Employment: Permanent, full-time.
