ABOUT THE POSITION

As a Project Controller, you will play a central role in ensuring financial control and monitoring of projects. You will work closely with project managers and other stakeholders to optimize project results and contribute to effective working methods. To thrive in the role of Project Controller, you are a communicative and social person who enjoys working in cohesive teams where everyone helps and supports each other. The assignment starts in March 2026 and lasts for about 1 year. Working hours are weekdays between 08:00-16:30.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

Responsibilities

The role of Project Controller involves being responsible for financial monitoring, budgeting, and forecasting within various projects. You will analyze data, identify deviations, and provide recommendations to steer projects towards set goals. The tasks require working according to established routines and policies, and being meticulous in your execution and able to prioritize your tasks.

Compilation of documentation and reports to be shared with other departments involved in the projects
Act as a contact person for other departments in monitoring project execution and status.
Meetings with other units and the organization's sister companies worldwide
Communication and close collaboration with departments such as sales and R&D

WE ARE LOOKING FOR YOU WHO

Has at least 3 years of work experience in Project Controlling
Good knowledge of Excel
Good knowledge of ERP systems
Is fluent in English

It is an advantage if you have:

Experience in Project Controlling within the manufacturing industry
Experience working in Infor M3
Knowledge of Swedish
Degree in Business Administration
