The process of building Europe's best golf destination is in full swing, and we are now looking for a Finance Assistant & System Manager who wants to join us on our journey to create an exceptional member experience and a top-class operation.

Crownwood Club is an exclusive private golf club where quality, service, and professionalism characterize everything we do – both on and off the golf course.

As a Finance Assistant & System Manager, you will be a key person in the club's administrative core, while also helping to create the personal and warm reception that Crownwood is known for.

You will be based in the reception, the hub of the club, and therefore have a role with both qualified administrative responsibilities and daily member contact. About Crownwood Club

Crownwood Club is located in Ängelholm, Skåne, and features an 18-hole course and an 11-hole course of the highest international standard, as well as a clubhouse with a top-class restaurant. Construction of a fitness center with gym and relaxation area, halfway house, and a modern office hotel will begin in -26.

We represent a completely new concept on the Swedish golf map: the 18-hole course, relaxation area, and office hotel are reserved for our members and their guests, while the 11-hole course and restaurant welcome everyone.

The club is still in a development phase where we are building a culture where everyone helps each other beyond their regular roles and where we always strive to exceed our members' expectations.

Your main responsibilities

Finance

• Ongoing bookkeeping and reconciliations
• Accounts payable and receivable
• Invoicing and payment flows
• Preparation for monthly and annual financial statements
• Budget and cost follow-up
• Reporting to club management and board

System Management

• Overall responsibility for the club's business and member systems
• Point of contact for system suppliers and technical partners
• Implement new features and work on digital improvements
• Support colleagues in system routines and training

Reception & Service

• Assist in the reception as needed
• Handle member and guest inquiries
• Bookings and simple service matters
• Contribute to a professional and warm first impression

Who are you?

We are looking for someone who wants to help shape Sweden's premium club No. 1 and who thrives on responsibility, structure, and working closely with a developing operation. Since we are an international workplace, you need to be comfortable communicating in English.

We believe you:

• Have a degree in finance or equivalent experience
• Have at least a couple of years of experience in finance work
• Are comfortable working in business and booking systems
• Have very good computer skills and an interest in digital working methods
• Are unpretentious, solution-oriented, and easy to collaborate with
• Communicate fluently in Swedish and English

It is a merit if you have experience in service or if you play golf, but most importantly, you are the right person for the team and contribute with energy, joy, and professionalism.

Working hours: Vary depending on the season, weekend work may occur
