About the position

We are looking for someone who is communicative, effective, organized, stress-resistant, and meticulous. You work with quality assurance, take responsibility, and have foresight. A background in school administration is an advantage. You have excellent knowledge of the Swedish language and are not afraid to tackle complex tasks.

Good IT skills and experience working in Excel are advantageous, as well as being comfortable navigating social networks. Great emphasis is placed on personal suitability.

We are looking for a structured and service-oriented school administrator who wants to become a key person in our team. The role involves responsibility for payroll management, personnel administration, contact with guardians and authorities in administrative and financial matters, as well as budget work. You will work closely with both management and employees, which requires you to be flexible, communicative, and able to build good relationships.

Job responsibilities

• Manage administrative matters including personnel administration (employment contracts, absences, payroll management, invoicing, certificates, preschool and school waiting lists, etc.)

• Be a support for managers and employees in administrative and practical matters.

• Participate in budget work and financial follow-up

• Contact with guardians and authorities in administrative matters

Qualifications

• Experience in payroll administration and budget work

• Good knowledge of labor law and relevant regulations

• Familiar with working in administrative systems

• Excellent ability to express yourself in speech and writing in Swedish

• Experience from school or preschool activities in administrative matters

The position is 80%
