Within the social care administration, approximately 1200 dedicated employees work to provide support and care to those in need in our municipality. The work takes place in elderly care, home care, disability services, social psychiatry, and individual and family care.

The social and care administration in Ystad municipality works to create security, participation, and good living conditions for the residents. We support individuals who need social services and provide support, service, and care to both the elderly and people with disabilities. The role of business developer is part of the social and care administration's secretariat and development unit.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

As a business developer within the social and care administration, you will have a central role in the administration's quality and development work. You will work closely with managers and employees and contribute to making processes and working methods clear, sustainable, and legally secure.

Your main tasks are:

  • Project management of change initiatives, procurements, and other development efforts.
  • Active work with process mapping and developing and managing processes.
  • Main administrator for the administration's intranet.
  • Operational support to the business in analysis work, investigations, and improvement processes as well as coordination of development issues between different units.
  • Monitoring and follow-up of the administration's overarching agreements.

QUALIFICATIONS

We are looking for an engaged team player who enjoys working in teams but also has the ability to work independently and take responsibility. You have an analytical ability combined with a practical and action-oriented approach, and you are structured, meticulous, and clear in your way of working. You have a humble and professional attitude and are used to building trusting relationships and collaborating with others. Furthermore, you are curious, solution-focused, and find it easy to drive change processes in an inclusive manner. You are motivated by working purposefully and in collaboration with others.

We are looking for someone who has:

  • Post-secondary education deemed relevant for the position.
  • Experience working with management systems, process mapping, and project management.
  • Good knowledge of document management, information security, and GDPR.
  • You have excellent computer skills and are accustomed to working in various digital systems and programs.
  • You have a very good ability to express yourself both orally and in writing.

It is an advantage if you have:

  • Experience working within social and care administration.
  • Experience in intranet administration.
  • Experience working in the system 2c8.
  • Experience using the BI tool Qlik Sense.
  • Experience working in the business management system Stratsys.
