The area of operations for Work Life and Support includes Individual and Family Care, Outpatient Care, Financial Assistance, the Labor Market Unit, Social Psychiatry, and Administration. Our current business developer is moving on to the role of municipal strategist and will assist in your introduction.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

As a business developer, you will drive quality and development work within the area of operations. You will work strategically based on the goals and results plan and be part of the management team alongside unit managers, social responsibility coordinators, and controllers.

You will work independently with documentation, analysis, and follow-up, representing the municipality in various contexts. The assignment also includes monitoring the external environment within both regulatory activities and service delivery.

You will be responsible for developing and creating structures and management systems for systematic quality work, while also working with quality annual cycles, self-assessments, risk analyses, and processes. You will lead and support change and improvement work, contribute to increased process orientation, and ensure that new legislation is implemented in the operations. Overall, you will be an important support to the unit managers and a key person in the continued development work of the organization.

QUALIFICATIONS

You who are applying have:

• A university degree in social work, leadership, organization, or another relevant field
• Experience in business development, operational management, and systematic quality work
• The ability to analyze, draw conclusions, and translate them into concrete proposals
• Very good communication skills in spoken and written Swedish
• Experience and knowledge of driving projects
• Good knowledge of the Office suite and digital meeting platforms
• A valid driver's license (B)

It is an advantage if you have:

• Project management training
• Experience in politically governed organizations
• Experience leading improvement work as a process or project manager
• Experience with ESF projects
• Knowledge of the decision support system Stratsys
• Good knowledge of Excel
