We at Arena Personal are now looking for a responsible person for municipal collaboration within the bus business area for the Skåne region, start immediately. The role supports Skånetrafiken and the Bus business area in developing municipal collaboration and ensuring a purposeful and efficient process related to it. The role involves ensuring long-term sustainability in public transport issues with municipalities to create attractive and efficient travel.

The role is primarily based in Hässleholm, and the office is just a stone's throw from the train station, with travel to various municipalities occurring as part of the job. There is an opportunity to work remotely on certain days, but of course, this depends on the needs of the business. Skånetrafiken also has an office in Malmö where there is an option to work from.

• Overall responsibility for the structure and development of municipal collaboration

• Overall responsibility for creating early involvement and long-term sustainability in public transport issues with municipalities

• Close collaboration with employees and managers at various levels within Skånetrafiken responsible for municipal collaboration

• Ensure proper preparation for the management, adequate notes during, and clear progress and follow-up after municipal collaboration dialogues according to our collaboration structure

• Actively contribute to the development of the unit.

• Develop and drive formats for municipal collaboration between Skånetrafiken, municipalities, and our transport companies

• Strengthen the existing meeting structure and unify all collaborations

• Coordinate meetings/workshops at both civil servant and political levels, conduct goal work, and contribute to the development of joint documents

• Coordination between presidiums, steering groups, and working groups both internally at Skånetrafiken, with transport companies, and with Skåne's municipalities

• Coordinate the preparation of matters internally at Skånetrafiken, coordination between different departments

• Within municipal collaboration, ensure that we strategically work on which issues to focus on and when, create long-term sustainability, and identify the need for input to the municipal dialogue

• Practical meeting planning, coordination of invitations, coordination between different stakeholders in the meeting to develop the meeting's content, compilation, and distribution of meeting materials

• Meritorious with higher education in social sciences, urban planning, political science, or equivalent

• Good ability to collaborate, build networks, and maintain contact with various external and internal parties

• Very good ability to communicate verbally and in writing in Swedish

• Meritorious with knowledge of municipal administration

• Communicative: comfortable making presentations for various types of groups such as politicians, management, civil servants, and interest organizations

• Meritorious with experience in business development and process-oriented organizational development

• Unpretentious and able to plan, organize, and prioritize work effectively

• Meticulous, attentive, structured, and pedagogical

• Meritorious with experience in change management and skills development

• Able to conduct workshops, interviews, and discussions with various stakeholders within and outside the business area and administration.
