We are now looking for a driven and development-oriented HR partner (parental leave cover for 15 months).
As an HR partner with us, you will work together with the rest of the HR team to develop the national HR function at the Tenants' Association.
Our HR unit consists of a total of 14 employees, and as an HR partner in this role, you will be responsible for two of our regions, Northern Skåne and Southern Skåne. You will be one of 5 HR partners and report to the group manager for HR partners.
Your Mission
As an HR partner, you have a consultative approach and can challenge thoughts and ideas to ensure that the right tools and processes are used to support the organization. The role involves independently driving HR's mission within your area of responsibility in close collaboration with the region's managers and other colleagues within the HR organization. The position is based at our office in Malmö or Helsingborg. Regular presence at your office is desirable, but we also have the opportunity for remote work a few days a week.
In the role of HR partner, you will become an important part of a competent and collaborative team that supports and coaches managers in HR matters. The HR partner role works closely with operations and always with a holistic perspective. It is important for us that HR partners have a very good ability to help our managers strengthen their leadership in the best possible way.
The Role Includes:
- Providing professional support to managers in all areas of HR's mission.
- Independently driving negotiations and collaborating with union representatives.
- Being an active part of the region's management team and in the region's work, where you initiate and drive HR issues in line with our culture and vision.
- Taking responsibility and participating in various projects and assignments within HR's areas of responsibility, contributing to the development of our HR processes, and actively participating in the development of the HR function.
Your Background
Qualifications:
- Academic degree in HR.
- At least 5 years of experience in professional and independent HR work.
- Competence and experience in all HR areas, particularly in labor law where you are accustomed to independently driving negotiations and collaboration with union partners.
Personal Qualities:
To thrive and succeed in this role, you have a very good ability to drive and carry out your work independently and with a results-oriented focus. You are efficient and work in a structured and forward-looking manner with a holistic perspective, always aiming to create value for the Tenants' Association and our members. Your ability to create contacts and good collaborations is essential, while you strive to establish credibility, trust, and influence both internally and externally.
You have a professional approach, and your communication skills involve both active listening and the ability to convey information clearly and simply, both verbally and in writing.
Our Offer to You
We are a values-driven organization with a strong sense of community and good employment conditions. We care about our employees having a good and pleasant working environment. Here you have the opportunity to develop and grow. Collective agreements, flexible working hours, the possibility of hybrid work, a generous wellness allowance, and occupational pension are some of the benefits we offer. With us, you will collaborate with colleagues you can have fun with and learn from.
