Our headquarters is located in Helsingborg, where a positive and engaged team of consultants works with daily support for clients and consultants. In the role of Consultant Manager, you will be responsible for the entire business with the client, including everything from requirement specifications, placements, and ongoing follow-ups with both clients and employed consultants.

You will work with leading industrial companies in Skåne, which requires flexibility and an understanding of the industry's challenges and skill needs. You have a high level of self-motivation and good administrative skills.

Administrative tasks included in the position are contract writing, follow-ups, and quality controls for both clients and consultants. Ongoing administration around time reporting and payroll documentation. You will plan and manage your own time and activities, so it is essential that you are comfortable working independently and take great responsibility for your tasks. We see that you have well-developed skills to create good relationships, leading to satisfied clients and consultants, and that you feel secure in a leadership role.

Requirements for the position:

• You have an academic degree in economics, human resources, or similar, and at least three years of work experience in the staffing industry.

• Good knowledge of the Office suite, particularly Word and Excel.

• You have a B driver's license and feel comfortable driving a car.
