Strosa & Nosa is looking for more dog walkers!

We are seeking permanent staff for 50% with 1 available position, with the possibility to start immediately, for one of our groups in Bromma.

We are also looking for substitutes to start immediately, with substitute hours of about 2-4 hours/day, 2-5 days/week.

As a substitute, you will step in when regular staff are sick/absent and as extra staff during the onboarding of new dogs.

As a permanent dog walker with us, you will be responsible for your own group of dogs as well as customer contact with their owners.

We have permission for a maximum of 10 dogs per dog walker at a time, and our groups consist of dogs of mixed sizes.

In addition to dog walking, there is also an opportunity to work with extended tasks where you, as a base, work as a permanent dog walker at 50% with additional tasks such as customer meetings, staff responsibility, and extended customer responsibility.

If you are a certified dog instructor, there is the opportunity to hold courses and private training through the company - with access to our customer base and support with invoicing and similar.

Starting salary: 120:-/hour plus any fixed supplements depending on the position.

We are a walking service that picks up and drops off dogs at their homes, so the workday is outdoors during the entire working time, and all time is spent with our lovely walking dogs!

Working hours: 10-14 Mon-Fri.

Working as a dog walker with us at 50% is perfect for you who:

  • Is studying.
  • Wants to learn more about the profession/dogs.
  • Wants to combine several part-time jobs.
  • Loves dogs!

With us, it is important that the staff has the opportunity to develop. All staff receive basic training and first aid training for dogs. In addition, we have training days up to 4 times a year and optional dog training courses that you as an employee can participate in for free. If you are taking a course to become a dog instructor or dog daycare manager, there is an opportunity for internship with us.

We are looking for someone who loves dogs! Education and experience are of course positive but not a requirement as we train all staff both at the start and further during employment. What you need is a love for dogs, willingness, interest, and commitment to learn more about dogs and the profession.

Also:

  • Good physical condition as we walk. A workday can be between 10-20 km long.
  • You are not afraid of rain, mud, or dog slobber.
  • You can work independently and in a team.
  • Flexible and self-driven - anything can happen when working with dogs.
  • You can adapt to the day's conditions.

You will receive:

  • Development, experience, and training within the profession.
  • Fantastic days outdoors with the dogs we have the privilege to walk.
  • Opportunity to combine your studies/part-time work with hours with us.
  • Colleagues who share the same love for dogs as you.

Applications will be received and screened.

We cannot respond to all applications. If you receive a response, you are moving forward in the application process.

Label your application with dog walker for permanent position with PERMANENT POSITION or SUBSTITUTE for substitute position.
