JOB DESCRIPTION

Your responsibilities include

• having overall responsibility for the company's operational work
• leading the company's employees
• planning with our clients when and where workplace inspections should take place.
• developing methods, planning, and ensuring the quality of assignments as well as internal processes in the company

PROFILE & QUALIFICATIONS

We are looking for a professional individual who is particularly passionate about combating labor crime and understands the value of our clients' needs in this area. You enjoy working in teams and have a good ability to build relationships with others. Ideally, you are senior in the field and can share your experiences.

To work with us, you need to be structured, meticulous, reliable, and have integrity. You have good communication skills, are stable, socially adept, and can handle meetings with people even in pressured situations in changing environments. It is a plus if you have experience with deviation reporting and follow-up work. As a team member, you will be an important part of a customer-oriented organization.

You need to be interested in and proficient with digital tools as we collect data in an encrypted application, with accompanying web tools for reporting.

EXPERIENCE

• You should have worked as a manager or team leader
• Solid experience in combating labor crime in the public and/or private sector.
• Good operational experience
• Experience in leading and executing projects
• Familiarity with presenting in larger forums.

COMPETENCE

• Academic degree.
• Excellent Swedish and English in speech and writing.
• Good communication skills and high credibility in the field.
• Good knowledge of immigration law and the ability to apply it in practice

PREFERABLE

• Background in border police operations
• Experience from the Police, Work Environment Authority, Tax Agency, or Migration Agency's control operations.
• Knowledge of posting, immigration legislation, and work environment legislation
• You can substantiate your formal competence in workplace inspections through relevant education, courses, certifications, or equivalent
• Performed ID06 card checks
• Document knowledge
