Team Leader for Stationary Assignment in Sickla

We are looking for an engaged and experienced team leader for a stationary assignment in Sickla.

This is a role for you who has a natural ability to handle people and various situations with both discretion and professionalism. You exude calm and confidence, have a strong sense of service, and treat both colleagues and customers with care and respect. Your drive to always deliver excellent service, both to the customer and the customer's customers, is a given for you. The role also includes vehicle-based operations and fixed rounds.

We are looking for someone with several years of experience in the security industry and previous leadership roles.

Requirements:

• Complete security guard training (VU1 and VU2)

• Documented experience in similar roles

• Experience in alarm management and technical systems

• Experience in patrol operations

• Fluent Swedish in speech and writing

• Good knowledge of English, both spoken and written

• Clean record, drug-free, and with organized finances

• Approved by the County Administrative Board for work in an authorized security company

• Driving license B

• Swedish citizen
