Ametisten is a modern nursing home in Solna for people with dementia and somatic illnesses. We offer individually tailored care with heart, integrity, and choice. Ametisten has an activity profile with history, literature, film, and theater. We collaborate with, among others, the local heritage association, the cinema, and the library in Solna. Young people from Ung Omsorg visit the residence to add an extra touch to everyday life.

About the role You are the spider in the web regarding the residents' health and medical care efforts and work to provide quality of life. You are responsible for ensuring that medical prescriptions are followed. You regularly conduct risk assessments and follow-ups to ensure good quality in the operations.

This position is scheduled for night shifts (20:50 to 07:05), which means you are responsible for resident care and support during the night.

Clear routines To create security and clarity for you as a nurse, there is extensive support in the form of practical and accessible routines, governing documents, and checklists. Our quality management system is called Qualimax and is industry-leading.

As a new nurse with us, you will participate in our digital onboarding program together with your mentor to ensure that you receive a clear introduction with the goal of quickly integrating into the work and our routines.Your experience and knowledge You are a licensed nurse, and we prefer that you have worked a few years in elderly care. Our residents are often multi-ill, and it requires that you have both an overview of various diseases and conditions and an interest in aging individuals. Good computer skills and experience with documentation are important.
