About the position
Svenska kraftnät is now looking for a risk coordinator with a strong interest in risk analysis and risk management who wants to be responsible for ensuring that risk work is conducted in a structured manner. We offer a very exciting position where you will be given great responsibility and trust. You will develop methods and identify new measures to adapt and prepare the Swedish power system for changes in the external environment and Sweden's need for electricity.
In the role of risk coordinator, you will primarily be responsible for:
- Driving a systematic risk management process within the IT division.
- Being responsible for and coordinating methodology and processes regarding risks and risk scenarios in the division.
- Following up on identified and decided risk measures.
- Participating in the planning and execution of risk reviews.
- Being the IT representative in the agency's overall risk work.
You will belong to the IT Strategy and Planning unit, which is part of the IT Management Support department. The unit has a strategic perspective and the overall responsibility for the strategic business development and planning processes of the IT division. The area of responsibility includes the division's strategic business plan, for the digital platform sub-portfolio, budgeting/reporting processes, long-term competence development, competence supply, HR processes, and strategic improvement/business development. It is also responsible for the division's ability to ensure effective management and coordination of risks across the entire IT operation, as well as leading and directing the IT division's continuity work.
In the role of risk coordinator, you will have significant opportunities to develop the role and tasks.
About you

We are looking for someone who is outgoing and has an easy time creating new relationships, as the work of a risk coordinator involves many contact points both inside and outside the organization. To thrive in the role, we see that you are confident in yourself and have a good ability to work in a structured manner. We place great importance on your personal qualities.
Requirements
Furthermore, we see that you have a degree in a relevant academic field or equivalent experience acquired in another way. You also have:
- Several years of experience in risk work and risk coordination.
- Good knowledge of ISO 27000.
- Good knowledge of ISO 31000.
- Very good knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written.
We consider it an advantage if you have experience in:
- Risk work within IT projects and IT management.
- Risk work related to IT security risks.
- Industries that work systematically with risk analysis (aviation, electricity industry, defense, authorities, etc.).
- EU regulations and directives.
- Business audits.
- Business development and project management.
- Information classification.

- Opportunity for remote work up to 50% #LI-hybrid.
- Travel may occur in this position.
