We are now looking for an IT Security Coordinator for one of our clients to strengthen the security work within a critical societal operation. The assignment involves coordinating and further developing security work for applications and systems in a complex and high-security IT environment.

In the role of IT Security Coordinator, you will be responsible for ensuring compliance with laws and regulations, analyzing deviations, and supporting projects and management with requirements and advice in IT security. The role offers an exciting opportunity to work in an organization where IT security is crucial for the functionality of society.

Examples of tasks:

• Coordinate IT security efforts.
• Be an expert in IT security architecture and GRC.
• Develop IT security requirements for systems and services.
• Support projects with decision-making materials and advice on security issues.
• Identify the need for security levels in IT systems.
• Conduct risk and vulnerability analyses.
• Follow up on compliance with IT security requirements and report deviations.
• Define requirements towards IT suppliers.

We are looking for someone who has:

• A university degree in IT or at least 5 years of experience in IT work.
• At least 5 years of experience in IT security work in medium or large organizations.
• Solid experience working with frameworks such as ISO27001, NIST, CIS Controls, or similar.
• Experience in requirement specification and follow-up within IT and information security.

Meritorious is experience in security work within the public sector, energy industry, or OT systems such as ICS and SCADA.

Placement and scope:

• Workplace: Sundbyberg, with the possibility to work up to 50% remotely.
• Scope: Full-time.
• Start: After security clearance
