We are looking for an HR and Financial Administrator for a client in Jönköping. In this role, you will work closely with both employees and management, focusing on HR administration, financial administration, office operations, and internal service. You will have the opportunity to influence the daily operations of the office, contribute to a positive corporate culture, and ensure efficient administrative processes while supporting financial administration and internal activities.
The position is initially on a consultancy basis through Poolia for six months, with good opportunities for a direct transition to employment with the client for the right person. The desired start date is as soon as possible or by agreement.

About the Position
In the role of HR and Financial Administrator, you will work in a broad and varied function focusing on HR administration and financial administration. You will be responsible for personnel-related administrative tasks, onboarding and offboarding, and contribute to a well-functioning and pleasant office environment. The role also includes support in simpler financial tasks, supplier contacts, internal service, and planning of internal activities and events. You will serve as administrative support to management and the team, actively contributing to good structure, smooth workflows, and a positive corporate culture.
Your main tasks include:
- HR and personnel administration, including handling personnel data, documentation, and onboarding and offboarding of employees
- Support in financial tasks such as handling supplier invoices and customer invoices
- Administration and follow-up of contracts, policies, and internal routines
- Responsibility for the daily operation and well-being of the office, including purchasing, supplier contacts, and contact with external partners
- Planning and execution of internal events, meetings, and staff activities, as well as working with employee satisfaction and work environment
- Management and structuring of administrative processes and documents
- Support to management and the team in administrative and operational matters
Who Are You?
To succeed in the role of HR and Financial Administrator, you enjoy structure, many points of contact, and a varied everyday life where HR, administration, and finance meet. You have a post-secondary education in HR, finance, or equivalent, or relevant work experience. It is advantageous if you have previously worked with the SAP business system. You possess excellent skills in both Swedish and English, both spoken and written.
You are structured, meticulous, and self-driven, with strong administrative skills and a natural drive to create order and functioning routines. At the same time, you are service-oriented, have a positive attitude, and enjoy supporting others in their daily work.
