Warranty and Customer Relations Manager

We are looking for an engaged and structured Warranty and Customer Relations Manager. The role combines administrative handling of warranty cases with professional customer contact regarding complaints.

You Offer

You are a communicative and solution-oriented person who enjoys customer contact and finding smart solutions. You have experience in administrative work and preferably experience from the automotive industry, but the most important thing is your drive and commitment.

You are structured and meticulous, while also being flexible when the situation requires it. You feel comfortable with IT and work seamlessly in various systems. An extra plus if you have an interest in vehicles, service, and a curiosity to learn more.

We sell about 3,500 cars per year and have a turnover of over 1 billion. We have about 140 employees and are located in Jönköping, Nässjö, and Habo.
