Here you will have a broad and developing role with close collaboration with the factory, warehouse, and purchasing.

We are looking for someone who is a curious team player with the drive and willingness to learn. You are proactive, communicative, and thrive in a role with many points of contact. Experience from the manufacturing industry is strongly preferred, but the right attitude is the most important.

About the role

In this position, you will have a broad and developing role with a clear focus on factory controlling. You will be part of a finance team that you will work closely with.

Your main responsibilities:

• Participate in monthly closing
• Manage rebookings and adjustments
• Conduct reconciliations of inventory against the general ledger and inventory ledger
• Perform factory analysis and administer data/results in SAP
• Prepare materials for analysis, including account reconciliations and cost controls
• Answer questions from factories and perform analysis and factory controlling
• Support with purchasing-related reports and development of dashboards
• System-related work - linking accounts, correcting postings and prices, and performing troubleshooting

We are looking for someone who

• Has a bachelor's degree in finance
• Has 1–3 years of experience in financial work within manufacturing
• Has a good understanding of closing, reconciliations, and analysis
• Communicates fluently in Swedish and English, both spoken and written

About the employment

This is a consulting assignment for a parental leave cover for an initial period of 6 months, with the possibility of extension. You will be employed by OIO and work with our partner.

Location: Huskvarna/Jönköping
Working hours: Office hours, Monday to Friday

Salary: Fixed monthly salary
