Order Administrator for Peak Season in Stigamo

About the Assignment

Our client is experiencing increased workload during peak season and is therefore seeking reinforcement for their customer support/administration function. The assignment is located in Stigamo in new premises.

You will be part of a team of five people who together are responsible for order administration and transport management. You will receive structured training and clear routines in place.

Job Responsibilities:

• Order administration
• Booking and notification of transports, both incoming and outgoing
• Communication via email and phone
• Receiving and assisting drivers on site

Who We Are Looking For

We are looking for someone who is meticulous, service-oriented, and enjoys a role with many contact points. Experience from similar work is an advantage, but we place great emphasis on personal qualities and the right attitude.

About You:

• Driven and responsible
• Reliable and structured
• Comfortable with administrative tasks
• Communicative and solution-oriented

Requirements:

• Good computer skills and easy to adapt to new systems
• Very good knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written
• Ability to work both independently and in a team

Meritorious:

• Experience in order administration or customer support
• Experience in transport bookings and logistics flows

Working Hours

The work takes place during the day, but some flexibility is required. Working hours may change over time and may include evenings if needed.

Your Employment

The position means that you will be employed by Manpower, but you will perform your work on-site with our client. This is a consulting assignment that extends from February for approximately 4-6 months, with the possibility of extension or takeover by the client depending on needs and performance.
