About HR with us
The HR function is a strategic partner in the municipality's development and consists of an HR manager and two HR generalists. We work closely together and with the operations to create that workplace with a culture that we all want to be a part of. With us, you have the opportunity to influence and contribute to a working life that makes a difference for both employees and residents.

As an HR generalist in Aneby municipality, you will be part of an engaged team that supports managers and operations in HR matters based on the needs of the organization. The role is broad and varied, with the opportunity to work both operationally and strategically. We particularly welcome your interest in wage formation, personnel economics, and the development of HR systems, but we are open to adapting specialist areas based on your skills and ambitions. With us, you will have the space to grow and develop in an environment where collaboration and innovation are highly valued.
Qualifications
We are looking for someone who wants to help develop Aneby municipality and has an interest in employer issues and public operations. To succeed in the role of HR generalist, we seek someone who can plan and prioritize their work effectively, independently, and sustainably. You are confident in your role and dare to challenge established practices with new perspectives in a humble and attentive manner. You thrive in meeting people and have the ability to create trusting relationships. You are communicative and can easily adapt your communication according to the situation.
In addition to the above, we are looking for someone who has:
- Relevant university degree in HR, behavioral science, or equivalent.
- Professional experience in HR, preferably in a similar role.
- Good digital skills, system familiarity, and experience with Office 365.
It is an advantage if you have previous experience working to improve an organization's workplace culture.
