About the job

As a customer advisor at our office in Tranås, you are the bank's face to the public. You meet customers in personal meetings, via phone, and through digital channels. You assist with everything from opening accounts, managing BankID, international payments, and bill payments to providing advice and selling our banking products. You contribute to creating customer experiences that make a difference and always strive to exceed customer expectations.

The workdays are varied, and you have the opportunity to develop and learn new things while helping our customers with their unique needs. To ensure you feel secure in your role, you will receive thorough introduction and training in our products and systems during the spring – therefore, it is important that you can participate in these training days.

About you

We are looking for someone who is a student at a university, college, or other post-secondary education – preferably at the beginning of your studies, so that you have the opportunity to work with us over time. We believe that you are:

• Communicative and confident in both spoken and written language
• Engaged, curious, and service-oriented
• Good at building trust and relationships
• Solution-oriented and able to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
• Previous experience in customer service or sales is an advantage, but not a requirement

You are flexible and can work independently, but also enjoy collaborating with others. You like customer meetings and are willing to make an extra effort to ensure customer satisfaction.
