We believe in communication that builds relationships and creates value.
At Jönköping University's communications department, we work to strengthen JU's brand and attractiveness through innovative communication. Our vision People First permeates everything we do. We are now looking for a digital campaign manager for a parental leave substitute position for approximately 12 months.
You will be part of our marketing team where you will lead our student recruitment campaigns – nationally and internationally – focusing on digital channels. The role is project management at its core: you plan, coordinate, and ensure timely and high-quality deliveries. You will be the hub between internal teams and external agencies, contributing to creating engaging campaigns that reach the right target audience.
Responsibilities
As a Project Manager, you will drive the campaign work from start to finish, ensure deadlines, and coordinate internal and external parties. This also includes:
- Strategy & Planning: Develop campaign plans, contribute to budget and annual planning.
- Operational Work: Create and review copy, coordinate updates on the Study pages at ju.se, project manage photo shoots and the development of new advertising materials.
- Analysis & Reporting: Follow up on campaign results and analyze outcomes together with the media agency, report to management and educational leaders.
We are looking for someone with documented experience in project management and digital marketing. You are structured, communicative, and used to collaborating with various roles and agencies. We see you as someone who can prioritize and solve problems quickly.
Experience with social media, Google Ads, SEO, display, international marketing, as well as knowledge of CRM and lead management is advantageous.
We offer a substitute position for approximately 12 months with a start date in April 2026. We apply collective agreements and individual salary setting. We place great value on being an organization with a diversity of skills, experiences, and abilities and therefore welcome applicants from all backgrounds. As an employee, you are entitled to benefits in accordance with Swedish laws and agreements. Read more about our terms and benefits, such as favorable government agreements regarding salary, pension, and employment conditions.
Welcome with your application by 2026-02-05. Selection and interviews will be conducted on an ongoing basis, and the position may be filled before the application deadline. Application documents are preferred in PDF format, and we ask that you attach your CV and cover letter. There is an opportunity for the role to be filled as a consultant via an agency.
