We at JELD-WEN, one of the world's leading manufacturers of doors and windows, are now looking for a dedicated Field Sales Representative who wants to help strengthen our position in the Nordic region.

About the role

As a Field Sales Representative, you will be a key person in our sales team. You will be responsible for developing and nurturing relationships with existing customers in the region of Östergötland and Småland. The role involves significant responsibility for budget, follow-up on quotes, and ensuring profitability and customer satisfaction. You will work closely with our customers to understand their needs and offer solutions that create value, always aiming to strengthen JELD-WEN's brand and market share.

This is a position for you who enjoys being out in the field. You will travel frequently for work and have regular contact with customers, while also having the flexibility to work from home. At least once a month, we meet at the office in Huskvarna to review and develop our work together.

Who are you?

We are looking for someone who is a driven and structured individual with the ability to create long-term relationships. You have a positive and professional attitude, are used to prioritizing and working independently. You possess good negotiation skills, strong communication abilities, and a sense for business, as these are qualities that will make you successful in the role.

If you have experience in sales within the construction industry, that is a significant plus. Knowledge of CRM systems like Salesforce and an understanding of blueprints are advantageous, as well as good skills in the Office suite.

Requirements for the role

  • Relevant education or equivalent work experience in sales
  • Fluent in Swedish and English
  • Residing within approximately 50 km from Jönköping
