Veteranpoolen works with corporate staffing as well as private customers in the areas of craftsmanship, gardening, and household services, and has a large pool of skilled veterans as service providers. Veteranpoolen in Jönköping is run by two dedicated entrepreneurs who are now looking for a top colleague to work with towards even more successes! Team spirit is important in the office, and workdays should be both productive and fun!

In this role, there is great room for personal responsibility, where you will be part of ensuring that both customers and veterans are helped and satisfied. Your focus will be on working with the private customer business where our customers purchase ROT & RUT services, but you will also be involved in other areas as it is a small company and collaboration between colleagues is a prerequisite for success.

The role is communicative, social, varied, and challenging, where customer contact and sales are a large part of your workday. To thrive in the role, you should be a problem solver who finds joy in making customers' everyday lives easier.

In your role, you will:

• Receive and register incoming assignments within RUT and ROT in our systems.
• Proactive sales and customer care via phone.
• Match the right veteran with the right customer – for that perfect match!
• Support our veterans in big and small ways.
• Participate in veteran meetings – such as summer parties, Christmas mingles, and bowling tournaments.

The phone and computer are your main working tools, and if you love picking up the phone and creating contact, then this is truly the right place for you!

Who are you?

You are a cheerful, social, and driven person who always makes things happen! With your energy and commitment, you ensure that customers and veterans are satisfied, while also keeping an eye on the details and enjoying managing multiple tasks simultaneously.

We believe you have experience from roles that involve customer contact and service. You have good administrative skills, computer literacy, a strong personality, are solution-oriented, and always have an eye on creating high customer satisfaction. If you have knowledge of gardening or craftsmanship, we see it as an advantage, but most importantly, you like people and relationships! A B driver's license is a requirement.

About the employment

The position is 100% and you will be employed at the local office in Jönköping. The office is located at Kungsängsvägen 27 in Huskvarna, where we believe and hope you will thrive as we believe we do the best work from there. The application deadline is February 15, and the start date is according to agreement but preferably in the near future of March 2026.
