What is transition support?

Our transition support, funded by various transition organizations, is designed to support individuals facing job shortages and/or needing to retrain. We deliver both regular transition services and health-adapted support aimed at enabling participants to seek new employment, start their own business, or study based on their work capacity. This includes a series of personal meetings, interim contacts, and activities designed to support each participant's unique needs and circumstances.

Your mission:

• To coach and guide participants towards their next career step including new employment, finding an internship, starting their own business, or beginning an education.

We are looking for someone who:

• Has relevant education and experience in coaching or similar fields.
• Is a good listener and communicator, with the ability to inspire and motivate.
• Has a passion for helping others and the ability to see potential in every individual.
• Is flexible and can travel within the county.
• Has knowledge of the local labor market where you are located.
• Has the necessary skills to conduct coaching professionally, including knowledge of the labor market and various support systems in society such as the employment agency's different services, the Social Insurance Agency, and more.
• Wants to coach job seekers with physical or mental health issues.

Before employment begins, you will need to verify your competence through certified educational and employment certificates.

Preferred experience includes:

• Actors and current legislation regarding the labor market within the rehabilitation chain, as well as experience collaborating with these actors.
• Work-oriented rehabilitation

Additional information

The position is a temporary employment as needed. Start date is by agreement. Working hours and extent vary based on the needs of the organization, and we therefore cannot guarantee a certain number of working hours.
