As a Group Controller at Garpco, you will play a key role in shaping the financial structure behind a growing group. Focus in your role

As a Group Controller, you have a clear mission: to create structure, insight, and common working methods for how we follow up and drive profitability throughout the Garpco group. You have a strong interest in operations, a holistic perspective, and enjoy being close to the organization. You work in the group management team, but also directly with the subsidiaries to support their finance departments and management with analysis, follow-up, and business support.

Your mission involves creating a clear thread through the group where you develop and are responsible for the group's KPIs, reporting models, and financial follow-up. You are involved in budget and forecasting processes and also contribute to acquisitions and integration work. Since the companies are at different stages in their processes, you will switch between more strategic support and operational work – depending on needs.

This is a role where you are expected to take responsibility, challenge where necessary, and contribute with business-oriented analysis that helps us make the right decisions. Your presence in the business creates understanding of what is required of the group to continue to grow with profitability and quality.

If we may wish

We do not know who you are – yet, but we believe we have a good picture of what you bring with you from previous experiences:

• Master's degree in economics or equivalent academic degree in finance, accounting, or finance.
• You have solid experience in controlling and a background from the manufacturing industry.
• Very good knowledge of relevant BI and analysis tools.
• Swedish and English in speech and writing.
