JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
As an administrator at the Department of Children and Education, you are part of the department's central service and specialist function. You will be located in the City Hall, and the role includes a variety of administrative tasks. The position is a support function for principals and the operations manager. Among other things, you will be responsible for placements of children in preschool and after-school care, invoicing for childcare, inter-municipal compensation, and fee control. Your role includes a lot of ongoing communication with guardians via phone and email.

The position offers a challenging and varied job, where you are an important support for the administration. Regular meetings are held with other administrators and operations managers where we assist each other in distributing tasks.

QUALIFICATIONS
We are looking for someone with previous experience in administrative tasks and preferably experience in customer service. Previous experience in invoicing and good knowledge of Word and Excel are advantageous.

The role involves varied tasks in a dynamic environment, which requires you to be proactive, flexible, and stress-resistant. Planning and structuring your own work and striving for good results and service to the operations will come naturally to you. You find it easy to build relationships in your work, and since you often need to act as the spider in the web, it is essential to have good collaboration skills and to interact with others in a responsive and smooth manner. Therefore, you also need to communicate clearly and express yourself well in both spoken and written Swedish.

Great emphasis will be placed on personal suitability.
