About the position
As a Regional Quality Developer, you will have the main responsibility for promoting and developing quality work in our operations. You will collaborate with regional management and other stakeholders to plan, implement, and evaluate quality initiatives. Actively work to promote collaboration between divisions, regions, and operations within quality work.
The position is 100% and permanent. We apply a 6-month probationary period.
As a Regional Quality Developer, your main tasks will include:
Providing support and training to managers and employees in the quality area based on the annual cycle, such as self-checks, documentation, etc.
Developing and implementing working methods for quality work within the region.
Planning and following up on goal management work and reporting results to the regional manager.
Administrative support in quality systems, such as updating governing documents in the management system and being a system support for deviation and journal systems.
Reviewing deviations, complaints, Lex Sarah monthly and providing support during investigations for managers.
Being able to conduct Lex Sarah investigations in cases of conflict of interest/emergency situations within the entire business area. Supporting the regional manager to ensure the effectiveness of measures after, for example, a serious deviation or supervision decision from the authority.
Conducting substitute days and manager introductions in the quality area.
Ensuring good documentation. Participating in management groups and holding steering groups at a determined frequency for the journal system.
Conducting spot checks based on the planned annual cycle but also at the request of the regional manager or quality controller after risks identified in the region and management group.
Who are you?
We will place great emphasis on your personal qualities and experience in the field. You should be action-oriented, driven, and have good self-awareness. We prefer that you have strong communication skills, easily creating and maintaining contacts, and collaborating.
For this position, it is required that you have:
Experience in practical work within care and support, particularly in areas such as HVB, LSS, supported housing, foster care, and outpatient care. It is an advantage if you have previous experience in managerial or coordinating roles, or if you have had increased responsibility within quality work.
Relevant higher education or university degree.
