Description

We are looking for application consultants to strengthen our client's capacity within ongoing customer delivery projects.

The assignment involves working with application configuration to meet customer business needs and requirements, as well as ensuring effective handling of incoming requests. You will play a central role in representing our client in forums and dialogues with end customers, where a good understanding of care flows and the various modules within COSMIC is required.

Responsibilities

As an application consultant, you will:

• Perform application configuration to meet specific business requirements from customers.
• Monitor and manage incoming requests and prioritize them as needed.
• Represent our client at a tactical level in customer forums and other contexts.
• Participate in in-depth dialogues with customers to identify needs and solutions.
• Contribute with an understanding of care flows and COSMIC modules such as Medications, Framework, Care Administration, Order Management, Operations Planning, COSMIC Intelligence, and/or Crystal Reports.

Qualifications

• Experience in COSMIC's product areas, such as Medications, Framework, Care Administration, Order Management, Operations Planning, COSMIC Intelligence, and/or Crystal Reports.
• Fluent in Swedish and English, both spoken and written.
• Experience working meticulously and in a structured manner.
• Good communication skills, both internally and externally.
• Strong consulting skills and the ability to act professionally in various customer situations.
