Are you an experienced leader in industrialization and production technology? Do you want to drive projects that contribute to the future of aviation systems? We are now looking for an Indus Lead for an exciting consulting assignment with our client in Linköping.

About the role

As an Indus Lead, you will play a key role in developing and optimizing production processes. You will:

• Lead efficiency and optimization projects to reduce costs and lead times.
• Be responsible for industrialization by creating work descriptions, optimizing production flows, and developing tools.
• Drive investment projects and participate in all phases of the development process.
• Collaborate with the development department to ensure that products are sustainably and efficiently producible.
• Have budget responsibility and a clear mandate within project assignments.

Qualifications

To succeed in this role, we believe you have:

• Relevant higher education or equivalent experience.
• At least 3+ years of experience leading projects in industrialization or production technology.
• A strong ability to create engagement and lead teams.
• Swedish citizenship and the ability to undergo a security clearance.

Meritorious:

• Background in Lean and Six Sigma.
• Experience in product development and risk management.
• Previous experience with supplier contacts.
