We are growing and looking for new talents for our factory in Kisa!

To strengthen our product development department and meet our growing needs, we are now looking for a Product Office Assistant. Here you will have the opportunity to be part of developing our products, from idea to finished production. In this role, you will contribute to developing and maintaining technical specifications along with the raw materials for our finished products and mother rolls. You will work closely with the responsible manager, Product Office Manager, who is based in Kisa.

The main tasks include creating and continuously updating technical documents for our products and raw materials. You will work closely with other departments and together manage tasks related to the development of new products, as well as assist our Marketing Department with necessary information about production costs.

An important part of the role is to check, develop, and optimize the product's technical characteristics and the packaging layout, ensuring compliance with various regulations and certification requirements. You will also be in contact with suppliers and collaborate closely with our Product Manager to continuously improve products, material usage, and pallet schemes.

To ensure accurate production costs, you will create production batches and check the produced quantities, raw material usage, and validate downtime for accurate calculations of efficiency and productivity. You will also ensure that the company's routines and values are followed in all processes.

To succeed in this role, we are looking for someone who:

• Preferably has relevant technical education and experience in product development, manufacturing, purchasing, or sales within the grocery sector.
• Ability to create and manage technical documents and material lists.
• Good knowledge of MS Office, especially strong skills in Excel.
• Fluent in Swedish and English, both spoken and written.
• Preferably has experience working with production costs and collaborating with different departments to create efficient production flows.
• Ability to work independently and drive improvement work.
• Extra plus if you have experience with SAP and AutoCAD.
• A valid driver's license is necessary as travel may be required.
