We are now looking for delivery planners who want to work with us during the summer of 2025.

The position runs from June to August. You will work alongside a team of colleagues, and your working hours will be weekdays from 8 AM to 4:30 PM.

What do we do in the delivery planning department?

In the delivery planning department, we work to ensure that our customers receive their deliveries on time and in a cost-effective manner. We plan and coordinate transportation, both by rail and by road, to meet customer needs and optimize our internal processes. Our work involves close collaboration with other departments to create smooth flows and sustainable solutions.

Job Description

As a delivery planner, you will play a central role in planning and booking transportation for our customers and terminals across Europe. You will be responsible for coordinating deliveries and ensuring that all details regarding delivery times and transportation are accurate. The role also involves working closely with other departments such as freight forwarders, warehouse staff, and production planners to optimize the flow of goods.

You will also work with:

• Planning and booking transportation to ensure that all deliveries occur according to schedule.
• Coordinating deliveries and confirming delivery times with customers and internal departments.
• Ensuring that customer needs are met through careful follow-up and communication.
• Maintaining ongoing contact with both internal and external partners to optimize logistics.

Qualifications

• Ongoing or completed high school education with passing grades.
• Good computer skills and system understanding.
• Good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
