For one of our clients, a leading global player in the energy sector, we are now looking for a Mechanical/Process Engineer for an assignment at their site in Finspång. Thanks to high-tech and innovative product development, the company is an established partner in the energy sector, delivering advanced and sustainable solutions for the current and future needs of the market. Through this assignment, you will have the opportunity to work in an international and forward-thinking environment with many development opportunities. This is initially a consultancy assignment for 6 months via Unik Resurs with a good chance of extension. We apply continuous selection, which means that the assignment may be filled earlier than the application deadline.

Responsibilities and Duties

We are looking for a Mechanical/Process Engineer with a focus on customer order management for gas turbines. The role includes both technical and commercial tasks in the development of acoustic packages and gearboxes for gas turbines.

Tasks:

Design project-specific systems.
Create and review technical specifications and solutions.
Maintain close dialogue with suppliers and the purchasing department, both technically and commercially.
Conduct design reviews.
Support project management in customer dialogues.
Assist with installation in the workshop and during installation and commissioning on-site.

Your Profile

Qualifications and Experience:

Background in mechanical engineering.
Experience in design work in CAD is advantageous but not required.
Experience in process design using tools like Comos is beneficial, but not required.
Knowledge of KKS and/or ISA standards for process system design is advantageous.
Experience in project management or project engineering is beneficial but not required.
Fluent English is a requirement.
Swedish is advantageous but not required.
