About the Company

JP IT-Konsult i Stockholm AB is a growing consulting company that collaborates with clients across various industries. We deliver business-critical and innovative IT solutions in complex environments and are now looking for a Production Engineer with experience in optimizing manufacturing processes for technically advanced products.

Responsibilities

• Review and specify design documentation to ensure good manufacturability and testability
• Specify tools and fixtures needed in the manufacturing process
• Create manufacturing preparations and work instructions for assembly work
• Provide technical support and training to assembly personnel
• Follow up and quality assure work processes and methods for continuous improvement

Must-Have Requirements

1. 3–7 years of experience in production engineering, particularly with complex products
2. Experience working in electronics or a related field
3. Swedish citizenship – the position may require security clearance
4. Good communication and collaboration skills
5. Ability to handle multiple parallel tasks and continuously improve work methods

Preferred Qualifications

• Knowledge of Lean Production
• Previous experience in tool and fixture design
• Proactive approach to developing routines and processes

You have an analytical eye for how production and design can be improved and enjoy working closely with purchasing, project management, and the development department. Driving improvement work and supporting your colleagues in their daily tasks is something that motivates you.

• Security Requirement: Ability to undergo security clearance is required
