Responsibilities

Examples of responsibilities:

• Lead and coordinate projects in electrical engineering, from planning to execution.
• Be responsible for project budget, timeline, and quality assurance.
• Collaborate with clients, contractors, and internal teams to ensure successful deliveries.
• Participate in technical investigations and contribute to innovative solutions.
• Develop and strengthen client relationships through proactive communication and high delivery quality.

Qualifications

• Relevant education in electrical engineering, such as a bachelor's or master's degree, or equivalent work experience.
• At least 3 years of project management experience in electrical engineering or related fields.
• Good knowledge of relevant standards and regulations, such as AMA EL.
• Ability to work structured and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Good communication skills in Swedish and English, both spoken and written.
• Certifications in project management (e.g., PMP or IPMA) are an advantage.
